WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

In order to enhance the customer care experience e offer a satisfaction guarantee - once you receive your product if you find it is not as expected we will refund you 100% of the cost within 30 days of the date shipped.

WHAT ARE OUR SHIPPING CONDITIONS

We ship to most countries around the world. Standard shipping times apply to North America - longer shipping times may apply to countries or regions outside of North America.

What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?

Duties for international shipping cannot be estimated due to the variations in costs from country to country. We do however have very competitive rates for our international shipping.

When will I receive my order?

If you are in North America you should receive your order within 3 to 7 business days, if you are an international customer you should receive your order within 7 to 14 business days.

What do I do if I never received my order?

If for some reason outside of our control you do not receive your order within the estimated amount of time we ask that you contact us after 30 business days. If you have still not received your product by this time we will need 10 business days to complete our investigation, if we determine that the lost shipment is an honest mistake we will send you a replacement product and a 100$ refund for the original purchase price. 

What do I do if I received a defective order?

Though we do everything in our power to ensure that our products meet or exceed your quality expectations we ask that if you do receive a product that is not to your expectation that you contact us right away so we can refund your purchase price and pay for the shipping for you to return the product to us so we may further investigate the product quality to make sure it does not happen again.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

If you have made an order and change your mind we will do everything in our power to ensure we catch it before your product is shipped. If we are unable to catch the product before shipping, we will do our best to work with you to ensure you end up with the product you really want.
